I am a Massage Therapist, and have done courses in Remedial Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage (Champi), Chinese Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massage.
I believe that Massage treatments should be individually tailored to each client's specific needs, with an emphasis on treating their problem areas. I see massage as an important tool for health maintenance rather than just an extravagance for special occasions.

My love of natural medicine has driven me to continue my studies in this field and I am now in my 4th year of Naturopathic study. I have a passion for Homeopathy and Herbal medicine, and am aiming to specialise in these areas once I am a practising Naturopath.

Outside of work, I enjoy travel (I went overseas after finishing school, and loved it!), I love going to concerts and music festivals, and making jewellery. I am currently learning Spanish and plan to go to Spain someday.
